Can't sign into your school email account?
Double check to make sure that your username and password are correct, and that you have used capitals only when needed, because your password is case sensitive. Make sure that you have used the correct email address, ie.

I GOT HACKED! What do I do?
Calm down. You want to talk to Mr. Montes, our technology teacher, or one of the members of Mouse Squad. Change your password, but make sure to tell Mr. Montes about it.
If you changed your password, and you were hacked again, speak to Mr. Montes to set up a new account.
